1. Stop nightfall by using tamarind: Tamarind is cold in nature and easily available in the market. It is very beneficial for the person who is suffering from the sex related problems like night fall, sudden release of sperm etc. To get rid of all these problem you must need to know, how to use tamarind and the method is given below:

· Take 250 grams of tamarind seeds and roast them.

· Remove their cover and grind them.

· Mix 250 grams of powdered sugar in it.

· Take two table spoons of prepared powder once daily with glass of warm milk.

By passing of time you will feel more power and you will get rid of nightfall.

· Take three grinded cardamom, small quantity of roasted asafoetida and half spoon of buffalo’s milk ghee.

· Add all above ingredients in hot glass of milk.

This will help you to get rid of night fall.

3. Stop Nightfall by using Shilajit: Mineral wax is another name of shilajit. Shilajit is rich of minerals contains 84 types of minerals in natural ionic form which are very vital for maintaining the equilibrium of energy and metabolism in our body. Since ancient time’s shilajit has been accustomed to treat the impotence and other sexual diseases like night fall, low sperm count etc. It is very effective to treat sex related diseases. · Take very little quantity of shilajit with lukewarm milk.

5. Stop Night fall by using Tomato: Tomato contain an element called lycopene which provide red color to tomato that lycopene is very beneficial for human sex health. The most important benefit of lycopene is it will convert the human sperm in magnum sperm and makes the sperm more viscous. By this it will reduce the chances of night fall or wet dreams. Lycopene will also improve sex power of man.

· Drink tomato soup on daily basis especially in winters it will increase the quantity of lycopene in sperm up to 9 to 12 percent.

NOTE: lycopene is also present in Papaya and guava so you can also eat these fruits also to improve your sex power.
